NMI EDUCATION was present during the meeting which took place on Thursday, July 31st, 2018. The meeting which was convened by the National Council for Accreditation of Textbooks and Teaching Materials took place at the Auditorium of the Services of the Prime Ministry. In preparation for the 2018/2019 academic year around the corner, the purpose of the meeting was to monitor and evaluate the commitments made by publishers during the last meeting held on May 16th 2018 with respect to procurement and pricing, level of preparedness for diffusion and distribution throughout the national territory and lastly, compliance with the instructions of the Prime Minister’s decree and circular of 23rd November, 2017.
In the presence of board members and other actors in the chain, specifically publishers of books and manuals approved for the start of the 2018-2019 Academic Year, distributors, broadcasters, national and regional representatives, NMI EDUCATION once again reassured the entire educational community of the availability of its textbooks in September. As such, representatives of NMI EDUCATION present at the meeting informed board members that deadlines will be respected. This is justified by the arrival of the first shipment of CAMBRIDGE books on Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 and the second shipment is expected by August 15th, 2018. However, let’s inform the entire educational community that sales are open at the different approved sale points all over the national territory.
